Delivery


UK Deliveries
We aim to send out all orders by 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) to ensure your orders get to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed after 2.00pm Monday to Friday or at the weekend will be despatched the following working day. Currently, all our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail.

You can choose from the following delivery options

UK Standard Delivery - £2.95
Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Order tracking is not available for UK Standard deliveries by Royal Mail, so please wait the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a card telling you how you can collect it or rearrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.

UK Next Day Delivery - £7.95
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery - Signature Required

This delivery option guarantees delivery on the next working day (excluding Saturday, but this can be requested via email if needed urgently) after you have placed your order provided you place your order before 4pm the day before. Great for when you really want your t-shirt as soon as possible.

Placing your order by 2pm Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next day.
If you place your order between 2pm Friday and 4pm Sunday, you will receive your goods on Monday. Any orders placed after 4pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. There are no deliveries on a Bank Holidays and your order will be delivered 2 working days later.

This delivery option that requires a signature upon arrival so if there is no-one available a card will be left for you. This lets you know that your parcel is being held at your local Delivery Office and includes instructions about how to arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.

A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

We usually find that Standard services arrive quickly and Express delivery by the next working day. However, if your parcel does not arrive when expected please contact us by email on help@lostinsummer.com quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you.


European Deliveries

European Standard Delivery - from €5.95
European Express Delivery - from €11.95

European shipping is charged on a flat rate basis based on your region. Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to.

European Standard delivery is a non trackable service. Deliveries to European destinations usually take about 5-7 working days to arrive however they can sometimes take a little longer than expected. European Express service provides tracking information on your parcels progress, these deliveries aim to be with you in 3-4 days. These orders will require a signature on receipt

If you have not received your order after 10 working days please contact us by email on help@lostinsummer.com quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you.

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

US Deliveries

US Standard Delivery - from $8.95
US Express Delivery - from $15.95

US shipping is charged on a flat rate basis regardless of weight.

Standard and Express delivery services are available to the USA. US Standard delivery is a non trackable service. Deliveries to US destinations usually take about 5-7 working days to arrive however they can sometimes take a little longer than expected. US Express service provides tracking information on your parcels progress, these deliveries aim to be with you in 3-4 days. These orders will require a signature on receipt

International Deliveries

International Standard Delivery - from £9.95
International Express Delivery - from £19.95

Deliveries to Worldwide destinations usually take about 10-14 working days to arrive however they can sometimes take a little longer than expected. International Express service provides tracking information on your parcels progress, these deliveries aim to be with you in 5-7 days. These orders will require a signature on receipt.

If you have not received your order after 20 working days please contact us by email on help@lostinsummer.com quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you.

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

International Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

International Deliveries
We currently ship to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Channel Islands, China, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxemburg, Macau, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, United Arab Emirates and USA. This list is reviewed on a regular basis and we're sorry if we do not currently ship to your country.

Providing the correct address
It is your obligation as the customer to ensure the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. This includes your billing address, contact telephone numbers, email address (if applicable), and delivery address. You can do this immediately through your customer account on www.lostinsummer.com. We will ship your purchases to the address you have provided us with. If you enter the wrong address when ordering, your package may be returned to us by our courier, in which case we will let you know via email. You will then be charged for resending the item. Should you enter the wrong address and your order doesn't arrive either with yourself or with us, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. Please take the time to review your information on your registered account, at checkout and on the confirmation order email.

Items returned due to non delivery
If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail as a result of either an incorrect address, a customer's refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred to re-send the order. We will charge £2.95 to re-send the order via Recorded Delivery.

General Delivery
We are not able to ship to PO boxes nor can we ship to anything other than a building address (such as a hiding place). Some packages require a signature on arrival upon receipt at the address, which is why PO box deliveries are not possible. Orders cannot be collected from our warehouse or office addresses.
