Our Returns Policy

Our no hassle returns policy is valid for 28 days from the date your order was despatched for a refund of that item or an exchange for a different size or colour. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition with all labeling intact, any packaging and deemed fit for resale - all goods will be inspected on return before any refund is processed. We will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any damage, marks or stains. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect. Sale items will be clearly marked prior to purchasing. You cannot return Sale Items for any reason, so please be aware of this before ordering.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty - these are underwear and swimwear.

Returning an item to us
Before returning any item please follow our simple returns procedure by emailing us at - email us with your name, address and order number, and what items you intend to return. We will then email you a returns form and delivery label. Please ensure that you complete the returns form thoroughly, ensure that you fill in all your details as required so that we can link your return with your original order. Simply returning goods without complete forms will not enable us to process the return. If you have misplaced your order invoice, please contact our customer service team who will e-mail you a replacement.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Package the item securely and attach the returns label we will have emailed you to the front of the parcel. Please note this returns label is just an address label and does not cover any postage costs. We advise you to keep all proof of postage, and ensure the item you are returning reaches us within 28 days from the date of your initial order.

Replacement or refund

We will ask you if you would like us to exchange the item (provided it is still available) or refund your payment. We aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed.

If you select to exchange the item, please expect it within 3-5 working days from when the e-mail was received. If you have not received it within 7 working days, please contact us by email on with all the relevant details and we will look into it for you.

If you have selected a refund, please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer. Delivery charges are non refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is faulty in any way, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and let us get the order right for you. Please e-mail quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) by email to Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
