Ordering and Payment

General
Lost in Summer has been designed to be a very simple shopping experience. We want you to be able to browse and shop quickly.

How to Order
Simply look for the genre you like, select the style you want, choose your size, then click BUY to add your selected size to your shopping basket. Then you follow the instructions to register your account or log-in. On the ‘Basket’ page, you select ‘Checkout’ and you can then select your preferred delivery option and complete your payment on Paypal. It’s that easy! If there are any issues arising, please feel free to contact us on help@lostinsummer.com and we will walk you through it.

Registration
You need to register online before you place an order with us - this is only so that we know who you are where to ship to. This also saves time for future orders, so you won’t need to insert your information again, simply log-in. This information will be stored securely and will not be passed onto anyone else.

Log-in Problems
If you are having difficulties with logging-in please check very carefully the exact email address and password combination that you registered with. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forget your Password?’ link and an automatic email will be sent out with a reminder. If you are still encountering problems, please contact us at help@lostinsummer.com and we will be happy to help.

Problems Ordering
You will be sent an automated email when your order has been completed, occasionally spam filters may block these so please check your junk mail. If you are still experiencing problems while trying to complete your order, please email us help@lostinsummer.com and we will find a solution for you.

Item is sold out

We often re-stock designs, so if you really want a style/size that we have sold out of please email us at help@lostinsummer.com quoting the name and description of the item you want. We aim to reply to enquiries within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Product Recommendations

Did you see a t-shirt online or on facebook or in the press that you love? Sometimes these sell out very quickly and we do try to re-stock them. However, we encourage you to tell us what you would love to see on lostinsummer.com so please email us at help@lostinsummer.com with what you have seen (or would like to see) and the link to see the t-shirt and we will try to source it for you. There is no guarantee we can get the t-shirt, but we love the feedback and will try our hardest.

Payment

Accepted Forms of Payment
All transactions are processed in £GBP, €EUR and $USD.  At the present time, we accept payment through Paypal, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron, Solo.

Unfortunately we cannot accept payment via the following methods:
Cheque, Postal Order, Payment on Delivery, Payment by installments, Bank Transfer


Payment Authorisation
Payment is taken on completion of the order. When you reach the final checkout screen and your order is submitted, we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account via Paypal. If the payment is authorised by your bank/card issuer, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken shortly afterwards. If for any reason we have a query with your order, we will get in touch as soon as possible to explain the problem. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

Payment Problems


Please ensure you have entered all of your details exactly as they appear on your card. One small typing mistake may be the cause of your problem. You also need to make sure that your billing address (where your statements are sent) is correct as this will be used to validate your details. If however you are sure your details are correct but you are still having troubles, please contact us at help@lostinsummer.com and we will look into this for you.
