Making a contract with us
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product on a subject to following terms and conditions.
2.1 - All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2.2 - When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2.3 - Once we have reviewed your order and payment has been approved and that a contract has been made between us. We will e-mail you to confirm that we have dispatched your order.
2.4 - You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen shipping method. Youcan’t change your order – you will need to cancel (and/or return original item(s)), and re-order.
2.5 - Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
2.6 - In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
2.7 - When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are anauthorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. 2.10 - Whilst we try and ensure that all details,descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contactyou we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
2.11 - Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT.
2.12 - Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly shown where applicable and included at checkout.
2.13 - This contract is covered by English law.
2.15 – We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item to any Customer for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified as potential fraud.
Placing and order
3.1 - You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Item(s)you do not want to purchase you can beremove from your basket at any time.
3.2 - Delivery charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. After filling address section. Shipping charges can be seen on every product ‘Shipping’ section. If you do not see your regioncharges please click on ‘More info”.
3.3 - You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
3.4 - We use secure payment facilities for online purchases.
3.5 - Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible, particularly if you have already received a dispatched email as chances are your order will be on the way. If you have made an error with your order email us help @ lostinsummer.com.
4.1 - If you place your order before 2pm GMT, Monday-Friday goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse thesame day (excluding bank holidays and religious holidays.)
4.2 - Any estimated dispatch date and delivery date is an estimate, which can change without notice.
4.3 - We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. Most of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
4.4 - If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, usually because of an incorrect address or failure to respond to pick-up re-delivery instructions, we might contact you to arrange a re-delivery and efforts to contact us must be made by you. This may be subject to a new delivery charge.
4.5 - Please check your goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us within 2 days of receipt.
4.6 - If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
4.7 - Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
4.8 We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can.

Returns and cancellation
5.1 - We can only accept item(s) returned to us within 60 days from the date your order was dispatched.
5.2 - All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
5.3 - Please don't use scissors to open your package, you should be able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted.
5.4 - Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Buyer pays costs of returning item.
5.5 - Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.
5.6 - Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
5.7 - Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect and we have been given prior notice.
5.7 – If item is returned to us damaged, worn or in unsuitable condition, wewon’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you. We may have to send it back to default address and ask you to cover the cost.
5.8 Wedon’t accept return for unwanted item(s) after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
5.9 - To return an item(s) to us, please write to us on Contact page ‘Returns’ section. Write you order reference and reason why you are contacting us. If you refer refund or exchange. Please make sure you fill in all your details as required so that we can link your return with your original order. You might be asked to provide you order reference number. You will be responded with Return Form and instructions how to return your item. Buyer pays costs of returning item unless purchased items is faulty or incorrect and we have been given prior notice.
5.10 - Package up your returned item carefully and place the returns address provided to your parcel. Please note this returns label is just an address label and does not cover any postage costs. All you need to do now is to take your parcel to your local postal service provider and arrange for them to send it to us. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. As soon as we receive your returneditem we willorganise the exchange or refund for you and email you to let you know that this has been arranged.
5.11 - We will process your return within 3 working days of receipt however vast majority are processed the same day they are received.
5.12 - Returns for exchanges - you will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed and your exchange shipped.Buyer pays costs of shipping of exchange item.
5.13 - Returns for refund - we will issue your refund within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
5.14 - If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail info @lostinsummer. com quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed.
5.15 - If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
5.16 - In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty - these are underwear,swimwear and face masks/covers. Underwear without hygiene strip or sealcan not be returned.
5.17 -Distance Selling Regulations. Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Lostinsummer.com for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) by email to email@example.com. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
6.1 -From time to time, we may give you discount codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. It is up to us to decide when to give you discount code. Remember,it’s up to youand your deviceto enter the code at checkout.
